I liked the efficiency room, price.
I felt it wasn't very clean, stove was missing a knob on it, refridgerator made wierd noises as if something was buring up. just not very kept up and outdated kitchen. bathroom did not have a vanity, just a sink with wood boxed around it and painted.. It needs a lot of work and updating.

It should be called Homeless Inn. I checked in late at night and was tired to look for another place. The reception and room smelled as teriible as mold. A/c was bacteria/mold dust heaven. Could not use a/C. Bed was bending like a whore, could not sleep more that 15 min at the time. Was excited to leave as soon as sun came up. Would never stay there for more then $5 a night.

leaviing it!
Dingy, drab, outdated. We kept expectng to see bugs though we didnt see any. I felt I had to bolt the door 3 different ways. Patrons were scary. I was in a non smoking room with cigarette burns all over the bathroom.

Nice pool. Friendly service when needed. Right down the road from the beach.
Did not have my room available that I reserved one month prior and had to pay more for a room I didn't plan on staying in. I could have stayed at a better hotel for price I ended up paying.

The price is right. The location was good for us.
We would have loved clean sheets. There was fresh blood on them. When we asked for clean sheets, we were yelled at. The phone did not work so we missed two important phone calls. The few dishes that were there were very dirty, two bowls, one square plate that did not fit in microwave, one small cup and saucer. That's it no utensils, nothing, we had to asked for glasses. The floors were very dirty and very dusty. The faucet dripped, therefore not environmentally friendly.
